BinaryChemist – Cashback Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. This Offer is available only to clients who have previously paid for Binary Chemist services.

1.2. The Offer applies only to new purchases of eligible digital marketing and creative services.

1.3. The Offer is valid for 180 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2.1. Clients are entitled to 40% cashback credit based on the amount paid for previous services.

2.2. To use the cashback credit, the client must pay 60% of the total invoice amount for new services.

2.3. The remaining 40% of the invoice value will be compensated through the client’s cashback credit.

2.4. Cashback credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold.

3.1. Cashback credit can only be applied at the time of purchase and must be requested before payment is made.

3.2. Clients must notify their account manager or the billing department when redeeming cashback.

3.3. Once applied, cashback credit will automatically reduce the payable amount of the invoice.

4.1. Cashback credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. Unused credit will automatically expire.

4.2. Cashback credit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless expressly approved by Binary Chemist.

5.1. Binary Chemist reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, without prior notice.

5.2. Any misuse of the Offer, including fraud or misrepresentation, will result in immediate cancellation of cashback credit.

6.1. Binary Chemist shall not be held liable for expired or unused cashback credits.

6.2. The Offer is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties beyond the services purchased.

These Terms shall be governed and construed under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Binary Chemist’s principal place of business.
